As the name suggests, this is the bag that causes chaos on the board and crushes your opponent in a dirty-style game.

The slow side of the Chaos bags is rated at 5. It is the same carpet material as the Viper-R and Widow-R. Moreover, it’s a very hole-friendly material which is wonderful for a carpet bag. The fast side is rated at 9. It’s the same as the Pro Sniper fast side and it’s also the same material on the Viper-R fast side. This speed combination makes it very versatile.

Template-wise, it’s medium and not large like Viper-R. It’s also got a decent amount of fill in it, so it’s not super floppy but still some floppy. That’s why the hand feel of this bag is so good; when the bag is too floppy, you might not be able to grab it properly.

The kick factor on the Chaos bags is very minimal. So it’s going to land flat even if you don’t throw flat and it doesn’t really punish you on bad throws.

Playability-wise, as I already said, it’s a very versatile speed, and that’s why this combination is very popular as well. You can really master the dirty play-style game with this. 5 speed is going to come in very handy for laying down the blockers and you can easily control the direction of where you want to place the blockers.

Moreover, it’s also very easy to collect because of the fast side. It’ll just clip the bag and take it with it into the hole.

For shot shaping, since it’s a full bag mostly, you will easily be able to roll it if you’re an average player. Also, you can easily cut the carpet side to sneak around the opponent’s bags.

Overall, it’s a whole package. There is hardly anything you can’t do with this bag. You can play different styles of games each round even, one round you can play a dirty style blocker game and in the next you just run bags in the hole and make your opponent wonder what’s coming next!

  • Works for any type of play (blocking, running, or rolling)
  • Super forgiving, even if your throw isn’t perfect
  • Comfortable to hold and throw
  • Easy to roll or cut around bags
  • Handles humidity well
  • Might be a bit slow for players who like bags that move really fast

The slow side is rated at 5. It’s a carpet material, which is very controllable and very hole-friendly. The fast side is rated at 7. This is the same fast side as BG Viking. Overall it’s a great material but it slows down in humidity a bit. In that condition, I’ll recommend you to switch to the slow side as that carpet material handles humidity well.

It’s a medium template, the same as Chaos. For fill, it’s a mixed fill of beads and flat discs. So, flat discs make sure the bag doesn’t have a lot of kick and lands smoothly but beads are responsible for hole-friendliness and help the bag to slide smoothly. It’s got a combination of both. Just like Chaos, it’s not overly floppy, only has a medium amount of flop.

This bag is good for fast boards because of its 7-speed. If it were rated 9 or more, it would have slid over the board in fast conditions. But this 7-speed is a good enough speed to play it normally in fast, dry conditions.

Now for playability, again just like Chaos, it’s very versatile. It’s super hole-friendly, it doesn’t hang up on the hole, which is surprising for a carpet bag. And since it’s a 5-7 bag, we know how easy it will be to control the sides and place blockers wherever you like.

Also, the fast side is fast enough and the bag is full enough to help us collect those blockers at the end.

Moreover, for shot shaping, you can easily roll or flop your bags, even if you are an average player. It’s because of the amount of fill in it.

  • Easy to control with a balanced speed (5-7).
  • Great for blocking and collecting bags.
  • Handles humidity well on the slow side.
  • Minimal kick, so it lands smoothly.
  • Fast side slows down in humid conditions.
  • Not ideal for players who prefer very fast bags.

The slow side of Ruby is rated at 6. The slow side is the same as BG Viking’s fast side and Ultra Widow’s slow side. It’s a very soft, and hole-friendly material. It’s also very controllable slow side. On the other hand, the fast side is rated at 9. It’s the same material as the Ultra Viper’s fast side. Super crazy hole-friendly.

It’s a medium-filled bag and contains mostly flat discs. It feels great when gripped and that makes the throws easy.

Playability-wise: both sides are super hole-friendly. Since it’s a fast/faster bag, it will be mostly used for running bags into the hole. The basic idea with these bags is to just outscore your opponents by sliding bags directly into the hole because if they get near the hole, they will grab it and slide right in.

They’re not the best bags for playing dirty-style games where you block your opponent. If you prefer that play style then you should buy Chaos or KaBoom!

For shot shaping too, these are not the best of the bags. You can definitely cut, roll, or flop these bags if you’re experienced or a pro but for an average player it might be difficult because of the speed on these bags.

  • Extremely hole-friendly on both sides.
  • Fast and ideal for sliding bags directly into the hole.
  • Comfortable to grip and easy to throw.
  • Not great for blocking or dirty-style play.
  • Difficult for average players to shape shots like rolls or flops due to the speed.

This bag is pretty similar to the Lucky’s SureFire Bag.

The slow side of Shazam! is rated at 4.5. It’s the same as the SureFire and it’s one of the most popular bags in the cornhole world. Shazam! plays well but slows down when there is a lot of humidity. That’s why in humidity, carpet bags are preferred.

The fast side is rated at 8. This is the Gamechanger and SureFire fast-side material. It’s a very controllable fast side, unlike other bags where the fast side is almost unplayable and slides off the board. This fast side is extremely hole-friendly as well.

This is also a medium-sized template like other Swag Bags. It’s a full bag and not as floppy as SureFire or Typhoon. Fill wise: Shazam has both discs and beads but it’s mostly bead fill. And because of this bead fill, it has somewhat kick to it.

So you have to throw flat shots, if you don’t throw flat then this is going to punish you and land unexpectedly.

Playability-wise: It’s pretty obvious from the speed and the material that these bags are made for versatile play. You can play blockers and then cause chaos on the board and then use the fast side to collect your bags.

Moreover, you can also just run bags into the hole without laying blockers as this is the good thing about this bag that it supports all of the playstyles almost.

For the shot shaping we know how the kick factor comes in. This kick or bounce helps the bag to cut, roll, and flop easily.

So while the kick is a disadvantage for some, it’s a tradeoff and provides a great opportunity for shot shaping even for average players.

A small disadvantage to this is that even though the kick helps it roll over opponents’ bags, it can sometimes cause you to miss your own bags when you are trying to collect and it just bounces over them.

So there’s this consideration as well, but with the versatility of the bag and the shot-shaping abilities, I think this trade-off is acceptable.

  • Versatile for blocking, collecting, and running bags.
  • Hole-friendly and controllable fast side.
  • Great for shot shaping (cut, roll, flop).
  • Requires flat throws due to kick.
  • Slows down in humidity.

These are very similar bags to the Chaos bags except for the fast side.

The slow side of BaZooka is rated at a 5. It’s the same side as the Chaos slow side and Viper-R. It’s a very versatile material. Moreover, it’s consistent across board conditions so it slides consistently in humid conditions as well.

The fast side is 9.5. This is the same side as the BG Shapeshifter, BG Samurai, and the BG Sorcerer. It’s very fast, great for pushing and collecting. Both sides play well in humidity.

It’s a medium template bag in the sweet spot, and it’s the same template as the Chaos. It has more disc fill than bead fill, and because of this, it’s a very forgiving bag.

So, it’s not going to punish you if you don’t throw it flat. It lands very softly and has very little kick.

The kick factor on the Chaos bags is very minimal. So it’s going to land flat even if you don’t throw flat and it doesn’t really punish you on bad throws.

Playability wise: I think it’s made primarily for hole-to-hole game where you just run bags into the hole. This is because of this bag’s material and it’s speed ratings.

Don’t get me wrong, it doesn’t mean this bag isn’t made for dirty style games, you can still play that game. But if you want to master a dirty-style game then you should definitely try Chaos instead.

Shot shaping-wise: I think the fact that it has a lot of flat discs also means it doesn’t cut very well either. That’s the trade-off, you need that extra kick and bounce for the bag to cut other bags but it just lands smoothly without kick, and you lose most of the cutting ability.

The same goes for rolling or flopping this bag, an average player will find it hard.

Between Chaos and BaZooKa, I think it depends on what you prefer. If you’re new to the game and you prefer accuracy and without the need for much shot shaping, then you should go for the BaZooKa. The reason is that it’s forgiving and made to run holes.

On the other hand, if you like that bead fill that cuts, rolls, and flops but isn’t very forgiving, then you should choose Chaos.

  • Forgiving bag; minimal kick and soft landings.
  • Consistent performance in humid conditions.
  • Great for hole-to-hole gameplay with a fast and controllable slow side.
  • Limited shot-shaping ability (cut, roll, flop).
  • May not challenge advanced players looking for versatile shot options.

The slow side of Emerald XR is rated at 4. It’s the same carpet material as the BG Viking material. Moreover, it’s great for humid areas as it plays well in humidity.

The fast side is rated at 8. This is the same size as the Gamechanger/SureFire fast side and Swag bags use it on Shazam! Cornhole Bags. This side is great for collecting and pushing the bags, and it also performs well in humidity.

So both sides remain consistent when the weather conditions are sticky.

It’s also a medium template bag like other Swag bags. It has the mixed fill, it contains beads, flat discs and different sizes of other fills.

Overall, it has a great fill and provides a lot of movement to the bag that helps in shot shaping like cutting, rolling, and flopping. It’s also more floppy than other Swag bags. Lastly, it’s a thin template bag so get a lot of flop from this bag.

Playability-wise: It plays very similar to Shazam! Bags and is very versatile. The 4 and 8-speed combination really makes it easy to play the dirty-styled game because both sides are very controllable.

You can put blockers wherever you want and once you put those blockers up there, you can easily cut, roll, and flop with these bags because of the fantastic movement it has.

In the end, all you’ll need will be to collect the blockers with the fast side as it’s very smooth and fast enough to slide bags in its way. So this bag is a complete package of shot shaping and dirty style play.

For shot shaping, I’d say this is one of the best bags to roll or cut. Even if you’re an average or a beginner player, you’d be able to roll this bag pretty easily.

For some cons, I would like to point out that this bag has a kick to it. Now don’t get me wrong, I know kick or bounce helps the bag slide in different directions for those cuts and roll shots but for average players, it might be a little hard to control.

For professionals, it is the best bag indeed. Moreover, another con is that this slow side is not very hole-friendly. It sometimes clogs up the hole, it’s slow and sticks.

  • Performs consistently in humid conditions.
  • Ideal for dirty-style play with controllable speeds (4/8).
  • Great for shot-shaping (cutting, rolling, flopping).
  • Slow side can clog the hole.
  • Kick may be hard to control for beginners.

The slow side is rated at 5. It’s the same as Chaos’s slow side, which uses Viper-R’s slow side. The fast side is rated at 9. It’s the same as Chaos’s fast side, which uses Pro Sniper fast.

Almost everything is similar to the Chaos bag except the fill, where the difference starts to become prominent. Chaos mostly has a flat disc feel, while Chaos L consists of some mixed fill. It also has beads and flat discs. Another difference between Chaos and Chaos L is its floppiness. Chaos L is thin, contains less amount of fill, and is looser and floppy than Chaos Bag.

It has a little bit of kick, but not as much as most bead-fill bags. The reason is that it’s more floppy. Because of its floppiness, it’s also more hole-friendly than Chaos.

One thing that people will lose with these advantages is that floppiness doesn’t allow too much shot shaping or cutting ability. Because of that, this bag might feel less controllable than Chaos.

  • Performs well in all board conditions.
  • Floppier and more hole-friendly than Chaos.
  • Minimal kick compared to other bead-fill bags.
  • Less controllable due to floppiness.
  • Limited shot-shaping and cutting ability.

The slow side is rated at 5. It’s the same hybrid material found on the KaBoom! bags by swag bags. It’s a very hole-friendly, controllable material.

The fast side is rated at 8. It’s the same fast side as the Shazam! Bags. It’s also used in SureFire and Gamechanger Bags, one of the most widely used sides in the cornhole world. Both materials are extremely hole-friendly.

It’s the same standard medium template bags as Swag Bags used in other bags. It’s not overly floppy like it’s not a taco. It’s got a decent amount of fill. It has mostly flat disc fill.

It’s a very forgiving bag because of the disc fill and because of the floppiness so if you don’t throw flat then it’s not going to punish you.

Playability-wise: It’s a very versatile bag, just like other 5-8 speed combination bags. It’s the best speed combination and the most popular as well. The number one reason for it being best is that it allows players to play different types of game styles with just 1 set of bags.

It can be used to master dirty-style games or even play hole-to-hole fast-scoring games. It’s a complete package.

It’s a very similar bag to the KaBoom! But the difference between KaBoom! And Tornado is of the fast side of KaBoom! Which is 7 while Tornado is 8.

  • Versatile 5-8 speed for various playstyles.
  • Hole-friendly on both sides.
  • Forgiving and easy to throw.
  • Limited shot-shaping due to floppiness.
