Speed chart of Cornhole Scenario Bags

Cat 3 serves as Cornhole Scenario’s signature bag. Many consider it the most sought-after bag in the sport today.

  • Versatile Speed Combination (7/9)
  • Medium Template
  • Extremely Hole-Friendly
  • Handmade Construction

The slow side of Cat 3 runs at 7 speed. With some finesse, you can bring it down to a 6 or even 5 on slower boards. The fabric feels soft and gives you pretty good control.

The fast side of Cat 3 runs at 9 speed. It’s the same fabric you find on Viper bags. It moves quick and works great for pushing bags around and collecting them.

Both sides work well no matter what board you play on. They stay consistent even when it gets humid.

Cat 3 has a medium template with medium fill. Inside, it’s mostly flat discs with a few beads scattered around. This mix creates a bag that lands soft and slides straight across the board.

The fill feels really nice when you hold it. It’s comfortable and has a smooth grip.

Cat 3 lands soft thanks to the fill and fabric. This soft landing keeps it running straight instead of bouncing sideways.

Cat 3 bags have good forgiveness. When you’re a bit off target but still passing over the hole, they’ll probably catch and sit there for you to collect later.

These bags are crazy hole-friendly. They just want to fall in. You’ll see bags that look like they’ll miss, but they catch the hole edge, spin around, and drop in. They collect easy and spin way more than you’d expect.

Cat 3 shines when you play hole-to-hole. You shoot bags at the hole and try to score more than your opponent. That’s what this bag does best.

When someone puts up a blocker, you either push through it or throw over it. The fast side has enough speed to clean up the board and collect your bags.

When you miss, bags usually go off the back. But these bags drop in so much that you score more points than you give away.

You won’t do much rolling, flopping, or cutting with Cat 3. The soft landing makes it hard to throw sharp cuts like you can with carpet bags. You might get a small curve or lean, but mostly you’re going straight through bags or just grazing the edge to spin around them.

They work awesome for airmails and airmail drags. The soft landing helps them grab when they need to.

You can throw a few blockers with the slow side if you use finesse, especially on slower boards. But this isn’t really a blocking bag. It’s made for scoring.

  • Actually lives up to the hype
  • Super hole-friendly
  • Soft landing with good forgiveness
  • Really well made
  • Works great for airmails
  • Can’t really roll or cut with them

Tiger came out in Cornhole Scenario’s 2025 lineup.

Two cornhole bags with a camouflage pattern are visible on a gray surface. The top bag is primarily olive green with an orange circular logo featuring a stylized "S" and "TIGER" written below it. Above the logo, "CORNHOLE SCENARIO" is written in a semi-circle. To the left, there are three small circular patches with red and blue designs. The bottom bag is mostly black with a ferocious tiger's face design. The tiger has blue eyes and orange accents. A smaller "CORNHOLE SCENARIO" text and an "S" logo are also present within the tiger design.

  • Balanced Speed Combination (6.5-7/9)
  • Medium Template
  • 100% Flat Disc Fill
  • ACL Pro Stamped

The slow side of Tiger bags runs at 7 speed. It uses the same stuff as Pro Sniper bags. It’s the quicker side of that fabric but drops to about 6 once you wear it in and rough it up.

The fast side of Tiger bags runs at 9 speed. It matches the Cat 3 fast side. Same fabric as Pro Sniper and Viper fast sides and works on any board.

Tiger has a medium template with medium fill. It feels a touch thinner because it’s stuffed with 100% flat discs.

The flat disc fill makes this bag feel amazing in your hand. It’s smooth and flows nicely. Those flat discs also give you tons of forgiveness when the bag lands.

Tiger has a decent amount of flop. Mix that flop with the flat fill and you get a really forgiving bag around the hole.

When your landing spot is off left or right, you just need to get a corner over the hole and it’ll grab and pull the bag in. You’ll watch bags catch, spin, and fall in over and over.

The bag lands soft and goes straight. Almost no kick at all. You don’t even need to throw flat because the speed and flat fill forgive wonky throws.

Tiger keeps it simple. You shoot bags at the hole and try to score more than your opponent. That’s its main job.

You can throw some blockers with the slow side if you change up your throw. Toss it higher with a softer landing and you can set blocks. But that’s not really Tiger’s thing.

When you do throw a blocker, the fast side has enough juice to collect your bags or shove through your opponent’s bags.

Tiger is super forgiving if you don’t throw steady or flat bags. When control and consistency give you trouble, this bag hides your mistakes.

You won’t cut, roll, or flop much. It’s not built for fancy shots. It’s built to go straight into the hole.

The all flat disc fill works perfect in a quick bag like this. You get that smooth hand feel and forgiving landing without losing any hole-friendliness.

  • Really forgiving around the hole
  • Feels great in your hand
  • Almost no kick
  • ACL Pro stamped
  • Not good for fancy shots
  • Need to change your throw for blockers
  • All flat fill isn’t everyone’s favorite

PGL-ICED is basically a one-speed bag where both sides play super quickly. You can also call it fast/faster Cornhole Scenario Bag.

Two black cornhole bags are shown on a gray surface. The top bag features a large, menacing gray mongoose head with glowing red eyes and bared fangs. "MONGOOSE" is written above the head. Below the mongoose, there's a dark gray swirling design with "UNITED WE THROW" and "PGL-ICED" visible, along with multiple small American flag patches. The bottom bag is mostly black with a similar dark gray swirling pattern and text that includes "CORNHOLE SCENARIO" and "PGL-ICED." A small circular patch with "PIR" is also visible on the bottom bag.

  • Fast/Faster Speed Combo (8.5/9)
  • Medium Template
  • Mixed Fill
  • ACL Pro Stamped

The slow side of PGL-ICED runs at 8.5 speed. It uses GameChanger and SureFire fabric. Quick and good for pushing and collecting.

The fast side of PGL-ICED runs between 9 and 9.5. It uses the same fabric as Swag Bags Maniac. Really quick and really hole-friendly.

Both sides play so close together that it’s basically one speed. You’ll just pick which side feels better and stick with it.

PGL-ICED has a medium template with medium fill. Got some flop but not a ton.

The fill mixes beads and discs together. This makes the bag move and bounce a bit when it hits.

PGL-ICED bounces some because of the mixed fill. When you don’t throw flat, it’ll punish you. The bag hops and skips when it lands crooked.

The fabrics are super hole-friendly though. Get the bag near the hole with decent speed and it’s dropping in.

This is a straight-up hole-to-hole bag. You’re not playing defense. You’re not throwing blockers.

You won’t roll, flop, or cut with this bag. It’s made to slide into the hole, push through clutter, or fly over blockers.

The landing zone feels smaller than other bags because it doesn’t have much flop. You gotta be accurate. Land too deep or throw too hard and the bag skips over the hole. Miss left or right and it won’t grab because there’s not enough flop to pull it back.

The big problem with PGL-ICED is forgiveness. You need to be precise. Miss and the bag usually goes off the back or lands somewhere you can’t collect it.

If you like control or medium speed bags, this one’s annoying. It doesn’t give you choices. You either nail it or you don’t.

Works best on slower boards or when it’s humid and the fabric slows down a touch to give you more control.

  • Super hole-friendly
  • Good for pushing and collecting
  • Works in humid weather
  • ACL Pro stamped
  • Not forgiving around the hole
  • Only plays one way
  • Gotta throw accurate

Cat 5 is another fast/faster bag from Cornhole Scenario. Both sides play quick with barely any difference.

Two cornhole bags are stacked on a gray surface, both featuring a white tiger head with blue eyes and black accents on a black and white background. The top bag clearly shows the tiger head with "TYPHOON" above it. Below the tiger is a large blue "S" with "CAT 5" and "UNITED WE THROW" written around it. Small American flag patches are visible. The bottom bag is partially obscured but shows similar design elements, including the blue "S," "CAT 5," and text like "CORNHOLE SCENARIO." A small circular logo with "PIR" and an American flag design is also visible.

  • Fast/Faster Speed Combo (8.5/9)
  • Medium Template
  • Mixed Fill
  • ACL Pro Stamped

The slow side of Cat 5 runs at 8.5 speed. It uses GameChanger and SureFire fabric. Cornhole Scenario says it’s a 10, but on regular speed charts it’s more like 8.5.

The fast side of Cat 5 runs at 9 speed. It uses same material as Pro Sniper/Viper fast side flipped around.

Both sides are quick. Both fly off the board. Really just a one-sided bag since you’ll pick your favorite and never flip it.

Cat 5 has medium template with medium fill. There’s flop but not as much as old Cat bags used to have.

The fill mixes beads and discs. Makes the bag bounce and move when it hits.

Cat 5 bounces when it lands because of the mixed fill. Don’t throw flat and the bag will hop and skip.

The fabrics are super hole-friendly. Get them near the hole and they’re falling in.

Cat 5 is built for hole-to-hole play. You’re not throwing blockers. You’re not playing defense. You shoot your four bags at the hole and try to score more.

Someone throws a blocker, you push through or fly over. That’s it.

You won’t roll, flop, or cut with Cat 5. Not a fancy shot bag.

Cat 5 needs precision. The landing zone is smaller because it doesn’t have the flop old Cat bags had. Land too deep or throw too hard and it skips over the hole.

Miss left or right and it won’t catch. You need a big chunk of the bag in the hole for it to spin and drop.

Misses go off the back. Stays on the board, it’s usually in the back where you can’t collect it.

The mixed fill makes it bounce, but in a quick bag like this, bounce doesn’t help. Actually makes it less forgiving. Flat disc fill would work way better here.

  • Super hole-friendly
  • Quick on both sides
  • Built well
  • ACL Pro stamped
  • Not forgiving
  • Mixed fill makes it bounce too much

Two orange and blue cornhole bags are displayed against a dark gray background. The top bag, largely visible, features a fierce mongoose head design in blue on an orange background, with "MONGOOSE" written above it. Below the mongoose head, there's a blue circular logo with an "S" and "CAT 3" in white. A small American flag patch is also visible. Part of another bag is seen beneath, also in orange and blue, with "CORNHOLE SCENARIO" visible along a circular design.
